សាធារណរដ្ឋកូរ៉េ៖ នាល្ងាចថ្ងៃទី០២ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ លោកជំទាវបណ្ឌិត គឹម សេដ្ឋានី រដ្ឋលេខាធិការប្រចាំការ ក្រសួងអប់រំ យុវជន និងកីឡា និងជាតំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ ហង់ជួន ណារ៉ុន ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្ដី រដ្ឋមន្រ្ដីក្រសួងអប់រំ យុវជន និងកីឡា បានដឹកនាំប្រតិភូក្រសួងអប់រំ យុវជន និងកីឡា និងក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃ អញ្ជើញចូលរួមក្នុងពិធីបើកសន្និសីទពិភពលោក ស្តីពីការប្រើប្រាស់ដូប៉ាក្នុងវិស័យកីឡា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅទីក្រុងប៊ូសាន សាធារណរដ្ឋកូរ៉េ ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីសំណាក់លោក Witold Bańka ប្រធានទីភ្នាក់ងារប្រឆាំងដូប៉ាពិភពលោក លោកស្រីប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការអូឡាំពិកអន្តរជាតិ (IOC) អតីតប្រធាន IOC រដ្ឋមន្រ្ដីក្រសួងវប្បធម៌ ទេសចរណ៍ និងកីឡា ប្រធានទីភ្នាក់ងារប្រឆាំងដូប៉ាសាធារណៈរដ្ឋកូរ៉េ ប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការ WADA ប្រធានសហព័ន្ធកីឡាអន្តរជាតិ រួមទាំងមន្ត្រីកីឡាអន្តរជាតិ តំណាងរដ្ឋាភិបាល ទីភ្នាក់ងារប្រឆាំងដូប៉ា អ្នកស្រាវជ្រាវ អត្តពលិក ប្រមាណ ១៥០០នាក់មកពី ១៩១ ប្រទេសជុំវិញពិភពលោក។

គួរបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថា សន្និសីទពិភពលោកស្តីពីការប្រើប្រាស់ដូប៉ាក្នុងវិស័យកីឡានេះធ្វើឡើងជាលើកទី៦ និងជាលើកទី១ដែលរៀបចំនៅអាស៊ី ដោយមានកិច្ចប្រជុំពេញអង្គកម្រិតខ្ពស់ សិក្ខាសាលាជំនាញ និងវេទិកាជាច្រើនដែលដឹកនាំដោយអត្តពលិក នៅមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលពិព័រណ៍ និងសន្និសីទប៊ូសាន (BEXCO)។

ឆ្លៀតក្នុងឱកាសនេះ ប្រធានទីភ្នាក់ងារប្រឆាំងដូប៉ាពិភពលោក បានបើកសន្ទរកថាស្វាគមន៍ និងថ្លែងអំណរគុណចំពោះការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីសំណាក់បណ្ដាប្រទេសសមាជិកទូទាំងពិភពលោក និងបង្ហាញអំពីគោលជំហ និងបេសកកម្មរបស់ទីភ្នាក់ងារប្រឆាំងដូប៉ាពិភពលោកក្នុងការប្រយុទ្ធប្រឆាំងនឹងការប្រើប្រាស់ដូប៉ាទៅលើអត្តពលិក ដើម្បីសុច្ចរិតភាពកីឡា។

Opening Ceremony of the World Conference on Doping in Sport 2025

On the evening of 2 December 2025, Her Excellency Dr. Kim Sethany, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport, served as the official representative of His Excellency Dr. Professor Hang Chuon Naron, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Education, Youth and Sport, and led the delegation of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport and the Ministry of Interior to attend the Opening Ceremony of the World Conference on Doping in Sport 2025 in Busan, Republic of Korea.

The ceremony was attended by Mr. Witold Bańka, President of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), the President of the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the former President of the IOC, the Minister of Culture, Tourism and Sport of Korea, the President of the Korea Anti-Doping Agency, the Chair of the WADA Executive Committee, Presidents of international sports federations, along with international sports officials, government representatives, anti-doping agencies, researchers, and athletes; around 1,500 participants from 191 countries around the world.

It should also be noted that this World Conference on Doping in Sport is the 6th edition, and the first time it has ever been hosted in Asia, featuring high-level plenary meetings, expert workshops, and numerous athlete-led forums held at the Busan Exhibition and Convention Center (BEXCO).

On this occasion, the President of the World Anti-Doping Agency delivered the opening welcome speech, expressing gratitude for the participation of member countries from around the world, and outlining WADA’s positions and mission in combating doping among athletes to ensure integrity in sport.

The event also featured a traditional Korean drum performance and a Taekwondo demonstration, showcasing the strength and vibrancy of Korean culture to the world.
